Jimmy Conlon is one of a kind. Had a roof leak, Jimmy was at my house within the hour. Sent a two man crew over to make the repair. The job was tested by40 mile a hour wind and a driving rain. No leaks. Jimmy install this roof 20 years ago and still stands behind his workmanship. Unbelievable. Thank you.

My entire roof and gutters were repaired. I cannot say enough on how skilled this company is and how professional they work together to get the job done right!! The extent of the job became extreme when the existing shingles were removed, 90% of the plywood required replacement. The crew was professional and worked efficiently to finished the roof job in 1 day. They left the surrounding of my home immaculate. The very next day the gutters were installed and again work was not simple as there was rotted fascia that required replacement. The crew was professional and efficient and the job was complete, again the surrounding of my home was left immaculate! The owners Jim & Michelle Conlon communicated the entire scope of work before they started and during the job explaining the extent of damage my roof & gutters had and the work that would be done to make sure it was done right this time, as the roof & gutters were done by another company 20 years ago improperly. We could not be more satisfied with Jim and Conlon Exteriors, Inc. Were very impressed by the overall organization, efficiency and punctuality of the work despite the capricious and rainy weather in June of this year. Our leaky, large and complex roof was completely removed and replaced with a new shingle and EPDM layer (flat part) in just two days. The surroundings were left clean with no collateral damage. The best roofing company you could ever hire! I am a single women who contractors try to take advantage of, Conlon Exteriors was just the opposite. The job was done perfect, not cutting any corners. Jim Conlon does an excellent job for a very fair price. They tore off the old roof and put on the new one in a day and cleaned up so well that you would never know that they were there.
